Summary of Specifications:
The project is for the reconstruction of the roof on the north horse barn at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 N. Main Avenue, Durango, Colorado. Remove and appropriately dispose of existing roof structure including the horizontal piping (existing beams); Leave in place all vertical steel posts for reattachment to new roof structure;Reconstruct the roof in accordance with the details contained in the drawings; Install new metal roof shall be new exposed fastened metal roofing. This project includes two add alternates.
