Description

The County desires the artificial turf fields be removed and the area reclaimed. This will include the removal of all the artificial turf, chain link fencing, concrete curbing surrounding the turf and all concrete pads, which are all shown on the Rooney Road Landfill Soccer Field Removal & Reclamation Civil Drawings. Proper precautions will be taken to not damage or disturb the underlining engineered cover over the landfill. The same applies to the gas extraction wells on site.

This site has a locked Gate so this will be your only chance to drive up and check this site out. We highly recommend anyone wishing to bid on this project attend the pre-bid site walk. I would prefer all attendees RSVP with me via email at oriseng@jeffco.us. We also need a waiver signed and returned, I have attached a copy and would prefer to get the signed copy back via email before the site walk. We will also have some waivers onsite at the site walk in case you forget to RSVP or sign the waiver.
