DESCRIPTION: Jefferson County Invasive Species Management (JCISM) seeks a qualified vendor for a Noxious Weed Inventory and Mapping project.

SCOPE
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide of noxious weed inventory and mapping within the county owned rights-of way as outlined in Appendix A. The estimated size of the project is approximately 3500 lane miles. No subcontracting will be allowed. Suppliers are responsible for review and understanding specifications outlined within this solicitation.

SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform.  No paper or late bids will be accepted.  All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
There will not be a pre-bid conference for this solicitation.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule.  Questions must be submitted through the RMEPS Platform using the Question & Answer feature.   All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.
