Summary of Specifications:
Through this formal bid, Jefferson County Schools R-1 desires to solicit firm price quotations relating to the services of ANNUAL MECHANICAL SERVICE AT THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES CENTER.

This is a full service contract. Contractor shall provide for all service call backs, maintenance and repair of all maintainable items to include all replacement parts, maintenance parts, major cleaning of heat transfer surfaces, labor, travel time, after hours emergency repairs, and additional personnel as needed. Additionally, it is the District’s intent to contract with the same contractor to refurbish approximately 35 fan coil units each year for the next three years.
