Summary of Specifications:
The District is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Arvada High School tennis court. The project shall consist of, but not be limited to site demolition of existing courts, grading, drainage, concrete flatwork, tennis court post-tensioned concrete and surfacing, fencing, athletic site furnishings, electrical, concrete curb, and landscaping and underground sprinkler system repair.

There is a mandatory pre-bid conference at Arvada High School on May 23, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.
