JCPL seeks a vendor that will deliver books in a cost effective and timely manner as well as
provide value added services. These services should be fully functional with our Integrated
Library Service provider, Innovative Interfaces Inc. (Innovative), and OCLC which we are
migrating to in 2018. JCPL seeks to establish a 5 year contract, renewed annually, with one vendor.
