DEMOLITION:
a) Remove wall in between ASU & current office space
b) Remove door & doorway in current office space mentioned above.
c) Remove 2 walls from Directors’ Conf Room
i. #1 Wall from Nissler Conf Room to corner
ii. #2 Wall from corner to outside of the former JCPL History Collection area divider wall (10’)
d) Remove door & doorway from Directors’ Conf Room
BUILDING ADDITIONS:
e) Drywall added to current sitting area inside the Executive Director’s
Assistant space (11’7”)
f) Add door & doorway from hallway into new room in Ex. Director’s Asst space
g) Door & doorway added into lunchroom
h) Quote for drywall and half drywall with windows for cost comparison in lunchroom. Wall should be 10 ½’ from current shared wall between Director of IT and Lunchroom; wall length: 23’ 6” from hallway wall to windows in lunchroom.
i) Quote for two exterior windows to be added in Pam Nissler Conference Room.
j) Fill in current door, move doorway approximately 3‘ in IT Director’s office
