Description

The Town of Hudson (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project, Wastewater Treatment Facility Building Modifications. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through BidNet, until Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. The Project will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for selective demolition of the wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) building, as well as temporary weatherproofing to maintain treatment operation. Demolition work includes protection of existing property, protection of existing treatment basins from demolition debris, light fixture removal, gas line removal and relocation, HVAC equipment removal, salvage of specified materials, and disposal. Temporary weatherproofing includes process piping protection via two new temporary structures, heat tracing, and portable heaters. The adjacent Operations Building must remain functional during WWTF demolition, which requires weatherproofing of the shared wall between WWTF and Operations Building.
