The project is in Hudson, Colorado along Main Street (Hwy. 52) from approximately Ash Street to Date Street. This project consists of a new sidewalk, ADA Ramps and a pedestrian crossing with relocated rapid flashing beacons to improve pedestrian safety in this area. Funding is provided through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Federal and State Laws govern the wages and working conditions for laborers and mechanics (Davis-Bacon) employed under construction contracts funded with State CDBG funds.

The Town of Hudson will receive sealed bids for the CDBG Sidewalk Improvements until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Hudson Town Hall at 50 Beech Street, Hudson, CO 80642 at which time and place the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened.
