24-501 - CNC Routing Table for Carpenter Shop

Harrison School District 2 is seeking a CNC machine for use in the carpentry shop. The expectation is for cutting and machining shop-built fixtures such as bookshelves, wardrobe cabinets, library shelves, etc. for use throughout the district.  
Shall include a minimum of 20-hour direct machine testing that replicate working conditions.
Must include auto tool change spindle, pop up pins, operator controlled vacuum zones, auto tool length sensor, monitor and touch screen operating.
Spoil board cleaning dust arm shall be included to maintain working space.    
Shall include an automatic lubrication system to ensure optimal operation.
Minimum 1-year parts and manufacturing warranty along with technical support shall be included.
Power and air specifications: 208–230-volt 3 phase at 40 amps shall be included.
Table size and specifications: 49”x 97” with 4 zone vacuums with steel frame construction.
The software license shall be included as a 1-time payment.
Installation and training in-house shall be included in the bid for a minimum of two days along with technical support.
