Materials Testing for Highlands Phase 2, a 72-unit apartment complex. Divisions covered will be soils compaction; structural concrete including post tension slab; non-structural concrete (inside building envelope); structural wood framing inspections, including shear walls, structural hold downs and structural ties; structural masonry; asphalt & structural steel. Complete all inspections required by project plans and specifications. Issue all written reports required by the Mesa County Building Department to obtain a permanent Certificate of Occupancy
Structural steel testing will include verification of materials per Project Specifications, 2 trips to fabrication facility, 6 hours of Project site inspections, Issuance of all Written Reports required by the Mesa County Building Department pertaining to steel fabrication and erection as required to obtain a permanent Certificate of Occupancy, verify Welder’s Certifications and welding observations/inspections for fabrication and erection of structural steel– Phase 2 The Highlands Apartments, 825 Bookcliff Ave, Grand Junction, CO
