The qualified consulting firm is to provide all the necessary labor, materials, documents, research, and permitting required for the satisfactory completion of the scope of work as described in this RFP.
Gilpin County is seeking a qualified General Contractor to perform civil and architectural construction and repair. The scope of work spans multiple sites throughout Gilpin County.
Contractors with demonstrated expertise in the following areas will be best suited for this project: Civil construction, Demolition, Earthwork, Asphalt and concrete installation, Grading, and drainage improvements. Interested parties should review the full plan sets provided as addenda to the RFP.
Plan sets are provided for:
Civil and Architectural construction and repairs at the Gilpin County Community Center
Civil Construction at the Gilpin County Justice Center,
Civil Construction at the Gilpin County Health and Human Services Facility
There are no plan set provided for the following work being requested;
Seal and Stripe of upper and lower parking lots at the Gilpin County Historic Courthouse 203 Eureka St, Central City Colorado
Seal and Stripe of all Parking lots at the Gilpin County Library 15131 CO-119, Black Hawk, CO 80422
Mill, Overlay, Seal and Stirp of the Pete Gones Park Basketball Court 659 CO-46, Black Hawk, CO 80422
Site Walks are highly encouraged for all site and all interested parties. See section IV.
