In accordance with Rule 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed Proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide Security Services at the Garfield County Courthouses located in Glenwood Springs and Rifle and the Garfield County Detention Facility in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Any resulting contract will commence on January 1, 2026. The County intends to award a contract once the 2026 budget has been appropriated.
