Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to manufacture and install new wall signs on the Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall at the airport. The airport will replace the existing MSE wall sign with two new signs.
