25101 - 25101 FLC Indirect Cost Rate Plan

Fort Lewis College desires to ensure that administrative costs (also known as F&A or indirect costs) incurred on behalf of the federal programs operated by the College are recovered to the maximum extent possible under current guidelines. This will require adequate documentation of these costs, justification of their benefit to federal programs, accumulation of administrative overhead, and optimal allocation to programs served. Furthermore, designated personnel should be instructed in the use and application of the plan. The College wishes the consultant to prepare the analysis of F&A costs, the proposal (aka ‘Long Form’), and assist with submission and questions/negotiation with federal agency.
