The opportunity to respond to this bid is available to any business, contractor, or vendor who can and will meet all requirements of this bid. School Districts listed on this bid will not discriminate against any person(s), regardless of race, sex, creed, or national origin.
The enclosed list of small wares and equipment is a representation of the needs of the Districts listed on this bid for the 2018-19 school year. The bid will be awarded by line item.
The purchase order will be issued to the successful bidder by the school district upon bid award. Successful bidders will be notified by email by the end of business June 1, 2018
The prices on this bid will begin June 2, 2018 and end June 30, 2019
The “bid conditions” and “specifications” must be followed very closely.
