Falcon Middle School:
RTUs: Provide all labor and materials to remove RTUs 19 and 20 from roof and replace with new Trane or Carrier units. Include hail guards in bid. Include all electrical and low-volt wiring and controls necessary to make new units work properly.
Heat Exchangers: Provide all labor to install two (2) Aerco heat exchangers. Cut sheets on heat exchangers will be provided in following addendum
Horizon Middle School: Provide all labor and material to add a 2 million BTU Aerco boiler to mechanical room. Include converting building to Glycol, include pad, include all electrical, low-volt and Automated Logic Controller.
