Description

The awarded firm will serve as the Commissioning Agent (CxA) on behalf of the District to ensure that the design and project intent is achieved for the systems to be commissioned. The commissioning services included in fundamental commissioning span the time-period from Construction Documents through twenty-three (23) months after occupancy. The Fundamental Commissioning requirements are outlined, as follows: Systems to be commissioned: HVAC Systems (including all air handling, hydronic and refrigeration) Building Automation Systems Lighting Systems (interior and exterior) including scheduled or occupancy control Plumbing Systems, as needed Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems Domestic Hot Water Systems Backup Emergency Power and UPS Kitchen Ventilation Systems
