Description

The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District (“the District”) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the supply, delivery, and installation of a new golf course driving range net and post system for the Estes Park Golf Course, located at 1480 Golf Course Road, Estes Park, CO 80517.

All proposals shall be submitted and received no later than 1:00 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 (the “Submission Deadline”). Each qualified contractor submitting a proposal pursuant to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is hereafter referred to as an “Offeror” and all such qualified contractors are collectively hereafter referred to as “Offerors.” Proposals submitted by Offerors pursuant to this RFP are hereafter referred to as “Proposals” and each is referred to as a “Proposal.”
This request for proposals was released on Dec. 20, 2024. Copies of the RFP and associated documents may be obtained from the EVRPD Administration Office, 660 Community Drive., Estes Park, CO 80517.

Proposals can be also delivered in person to the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District Administration Office, located at 660 Community Drive in Estes Park, CO. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline of 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 will not be accepted.
