Bids shall be delivered to the County’s finance department (you must provide both email, and physical copies) by the cutoff date and shall be date and time stamped upon receipt to ensure compliance with the bid deadline. Bids physically delivered to the finance department at 214 Comanche St. PO Box 7, Kiowa, CO 80117 must be physically handed to a finance department or individual designated by the finance department to receive bids within the bid period. Bids emailed to the finance department with the subject line “2025 – 012 - CR 170 Bridge Engineering” shall be sent to accountspayable@elbertcounty-co.gov.
