El Paso County (County) on behalf of El Paso County Public Health (Public Health) is seeking best-value quotes from qualified, experienced executive search firms (Contractor) to assist in finding eligible candidates to apply for public and environmental health county government agency executive level positions.
 
The immediate need is to fill the position of Environmental Health Services Division Director, but the Contractor may be asked to fill other positions during contract period. Public Health seeks to pay a straight fixed fee or hourly rate and not a percentage of the position’s estimated total annual compensation.
