22-043 - Centennial Hall Auditorium LED Lighting

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary to upgrade the lighting at the Centennial Hall Auditorium to LED for El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management.

It is expected that the Contractor and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation.

The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the sub-contractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor.

The successful Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation.
