El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the General Contractor and Construction Management Services for the Sherrif’s Office Northeast Substation-Phase II Construction.
The Falcon area of unincorporated El Paso County has been one of the fastest growing areas of the County and continues to grow at a steady pace. Currently, law enforcement services for unincorporated El Paso County are centralized out of the El Paso County Sheriff's Office headquarters located in downtown Colorado Springs. The addition of this resource will result in enhanced public safety services to the entire northern portion of El Paso County through proximity and access.
