The Authority seeks a well-managed, financially stable firm that has technical expertise with Image Processing Services (“IPS”) in the United States with demonstrated delivery of electronic toll technical solutions and high levels of customer satisfaction to provide IPS to the Authority as detailed in the Scope of Work set forth in Attachment 3 to this Request for Proposals (the "Project"). Proposers should demonstrate their ability to collaborate closely with Authority staff to understand and meet or exceed the Authority's service level agreement and overall needs on the Project.
