ITB-16CAHF - E470 AHF Parking Lot Expansion

Summary of Specifications:
The Project location is at the E-470/6th Parkway interchange in Arapahoe County, Colorado. The Project scope involves provision of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for adding approximately 120 parking spaces at the AHF building. Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading and drainage, detention pond modifications, hot bituminous asphalt pavement, parking lot lighting, signing and striping, landscaping, and coordination with the Authority staff, all as described in the Contract Documents.
