Description

DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE.1 (DCSD) is requesting pre-qualification submittals from interested structural engineering firms for Capital Improvement Projects. Capital Improvement Projects may have a construction cost range up to $3M+. Additional projects may be available upon the successful passage of a bond.
Capital Improvement Projects may include, but are not limited to, evaluation and structural analysis of facility systems, design of new or modifications to existing structural systems, and oversight and inspection of projects. Repairs and replacements of mechanical, electrical, roofing, and flooring building components, as well as site landscaping and asphalt, may be a part of some projects.

Pre-qualification material should consist of two (2) copies of a bound 8-1/2" x 11" document containing
the information requested in this RFQ and a separate sealed envelope labeled "Confidential Information"
containing one (1) copy of the Financial Information requested in this RFQ.
The pre-qualification material must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time,
April 30, 2018. Please submit to:
