DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE.1 (DCSD) is requesting pre-qualification submittals from interested mechanical engineering firms for Capital Improvement Projects. Capital Improvement Projects may have a construction cost range up to $3M+. Additional projects may be available upon the successful passage of a bond.
Capital Improvement Projects may include, but are not limited to, replacement and/or renovation of mechanical and electrical systems. Repairs and replacements of other building components may be part of some projects.

Pre-qualification material should consist of two (2) copies of a bound 8-1/2" x 11" document containing the information requested in this RFQ and a separate sealed envelope labeled "Confidential Information" containing one (1) copy of the Financial Information requested in this RFQ.
The pre-qualification material must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, April 30, 2018. Please submit to:
