Description

DCL seeks to engage an outside vendor to research effectiveness in delivering the experiences of Integrated Family, Enhanced Classic, and Civic Spaces.
The research should lead to a deep understanding of users’ experiences of 1) spaces and 2) services across these concepts and across the library district.
