The Department of Community Development of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests information/qualifications and fee schedule rates from responsible, qualified firms for the provision of public financial consultant services, as specified. The purpose of this request is to obtain ongoing independent public finance advising in support of the County Commissioners, including, but not limited to the adequacy of financial information related to special district service plan applications. This project will mainly entail ongoing financial consulting at the behest of the County, when necessary.
The goal of the County, through this RFQ, is to assemble a short-list of highly-qualified individuals/firms that can be utilized, as needed. Respondents will be evaluated and short-listed based on their qualifications and fee schedule; however, selection to the short-list does not guarantee selection to complete a project.
Statewide
