RFP-015-09 - Interactive Voice Response

Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Information Technology of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for the provision of consulting expertise to assist with the installation of a IBM WVS system and migration of the County’s existing VXML 1.0 application to the IBM WVS platform including integration with the Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) system as specified. The initial agreement, issued as a result of this RFP, will be for a period of six (6) months, beginning approximately May 1, 2009 to and including November 30, 2009. All proposed hourly contract rates shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period. This agreement shall be contingent upon annual funding being appropriated, budgeted and otherwise made available for such purposes and subject to the County’s unanimous satisfaction with the services received during the preceding agreement period.
