RFP-052-11 - Food and Beverage Vending Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Purchasing Division of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for a complete Food and Beverage Vending Services Program, for specified County Government Buildings in and around Douglas County, Colorado. It is the County’s intent to provide a wide selection of vending services, at a low cost, to all County employees. 

The initial agreement, issued as a result of this RFP, will be for a period of two years, beginning approximately February 1, 2012 to and including January 31, 2014. All proposed fees shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period. The County shall have an option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, with the same terms and conditions. This agreement and/or extension to the original period of a subject agreement shall be contingent upon the County’s satisfaction with the services received during the preceding agreement period.
