RFP-014-09 - Food and Beverage Vending Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Purchasing Division of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for a complete Food and Beverage Vending Services Program, for specified County Government Buildings in and around Douglas County, Colorado. It is the County’s intent to provide a wide selection of vending services, at a low cost, to all County employees. The initial agreement, issued as a result of this RFP, will be for a period of one (1) year, beginning approximately July 1, 2009 to and including June 30, 2010. The County shall have an option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each; all vending product pricing and contract commission rates shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period and may be re-negotiated after the initial contract period. This agreement and/or extension to the original period of a subject agreement shall be contingent upon the County’s unanimous satisfaction with the services received during the preceding agreement period.
