Summary of Specifications:
Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners and the Human Resources Department of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible, qualified firms for Flexible Spending Account Administration (Section 125) with the goal of selecting a vendor that can provide competitive rates, advanced user friendly technology for County staff and plan participants, and excellent customer service for all users of the plan. The plan includes medical spending account, dependent care, and adoption expense account administration. Vendors should be prepared to respond to all RFP specifications, including all questionnaire components and rate sheets in order to be considered in compliance with parameters of the RFP. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with FSA Administration for public employers is preferred.
