Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for Douglas County Local Improvement District (LID) Number 08-01, Elati / Shrine 2008 LID, Douglas County Project Number CI 08-013 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at 2:00 pm. This project consists of installation of water and sewer lines, roadway including hot bituminous pavement within the limits of the Douglas County Local Improvement District (LID) Number 08-01, Elati / Shrine 2008 LID, Douglas County Project Number CI 08-013 (Elati Road and Shrine Circle).
The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, July 20, 2009, and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.)
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at the Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Conference Room A and B (located on the First Floor), Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at the same address.
