#005-18 - Contractor Services for the William Converse Restoration and Stabilization

The purpose of this RFP is to retain a qualified contractor to work with a principal architect who will act as the project manager and coordinator for exterior stabilization work on the historic William Converse Ranch located on Hidden Mesa Open Space. The stabilization work will follow the construction and demolition documents that have been completed during an earlier phase of this project. This position will coordinate with the architect and project coordinator for construction preservation activities. In addition, the contractor will work closely with the principal architect, structural engineer, and archaeologist to ensure that all work is completed according to the scope of work (outlined below and outlined in the State Historical Fund contract) and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Please refer to the attached fully executed State Historical Fund contract, entitled, “Exhibit B” for more information about the scope of work and project budget.
