IFB-032-13 - 2013 Asphalt Material - Delivered

Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Works Operations for Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified firms for the provision of the purchase and delivery of Road Materials, as specified. This IFB is for the purchase of Asphalt material to be used by the Department of Public Works Operations. All quantities stated are estimates of use. The actual purchased quantities will depend on maintenance demands during the remainder of the 2013 calendar year. Prices bid shall be good through December 31, 2013 regardless of the quantity purchased. All prices proposed shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period and may be re-negotiated after the initial contract period. This agreement and/or extension to the original period of a subject contract shall be contingent upon annual funding being appropriated, budgeted and otherwise made available for such purposes and subject to the County’s satisfaction with services received during the preceding contract period.
