Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for 2009 CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR PROJECT, DOUGLAS COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER CI 09-003 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at 9:00 am. This project involves concrete repair, other miscellaneous work, and traffic control.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, April 13, 2009, and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.)
The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities:
