Separate sealed bids for 2009 CHIPSEAL PROJECT, DOUGLAS COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER CI 09-001 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Public Works, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at 2:00 pm. This project consists of surface treatments in various locations throughout Douglas County. The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 16, 2009, and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.) A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the Department of Public Works, Phillip S. Miller Bldg., 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at the same address.
