PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

To be considered, each proposer shall provide a detailed proposal structured as specified below.

The Operational Plan should identify the plan for setup, sales, staffing, and post-sales breakdown. The Plan should also include proof of all valid permits and licenses needed to operate a food location in Jefferson County, CO.
Respondents are required to provide details of their proposed Menu.

The Partnership Plan should identify specific marketing and branding objectives for the brand. The Partnership Plan represents an opportunity for each proposer to provide examples of its innovation, promotional ideas, understanding of Applicable Location as well as individual brand expectations and initiatives.

Respondents are required to provide Pricing Proposals in line with the following headings:

Annual Partnership Fee
Additional Financial Compensations (if applicable)
Product or Service Trade (if applicable)

Respondents are required to provide supporting assumptions and explanation of their pricing proposals to enable evaluation of value for money.
