The Boettcher Concert Hall stage and 26 artist risers, plus the Temple Buell stage and freight elevator are in need of refinishing. These wood surfaces needs to be sanded and sealed. Due to performance schedules in each location, the work will need to be done in the Boettcher in June of 2025 and the Buell will be done in late-August - early September of 2025. An official schedule will be provided to the awarded vendor.

We will meet at the Boettcher Concert Hall Stage Door which is street level on 13th St. just north of the intersection of 13th & Champa, located behind the 1245 Champa Bldg. We will review the bid documents and then have of job walk of the site and then move to the Buell. Due to facility schedules, we cannot guarantee availability for any additional job walks.
