Summary of Specifications:
The awarded consultant shall provide unit costs for performing a Phase II ESA based on the information provided in the Statement of Work and shall submit accordingly as noted in Attachment “A” Proposed Fee Schedule. The site has a history of environmental investigations and has several installed monitoring wells that could potentially be utilized for the ESA. It is anticipated that between 5 and 15 borings be required to collect soil and/or groundwater samples. The awarded consultant shall include all costs associated with the proper disposal of all investigation-derived wastes, including any contaminated soil cuttings, purge water, and all other potentially regulated wastes or by-products of the ESA. A sufficient number of groundwater depth measurements shall be collected to determine groundwater flow direction and contours. The final report shall document field activities, summarize pertinent analytical results using tables, summarize subsurface conditions, include recommendations, and include all other items typically included in a Phase II ESA report. The final report shall be submitted to the designated Denver Water representative via one (1) electronic copy and two (2) hard copy originals clearly marked as such.
