Description

Denver Water wishes to replace its current contact center solution with a cloud, hosted or SaaS based contact center solution that takes advantage of the latest in contact center and omnichannel customer care technologies.  Denver Water’s current system is not meeting its needs and as a result has initiated this RFP process.
