Summary of Specifications:
Denver Water’s (“Board”) practice is to periodically re-evaluate and re-bid all service contracts. This request for proposal is being issued as a result of this practice. This request for proposal is for cash management/banking services to include the main concentration account, three zero balance disbursement accounts for controlled disbursement, payroll and conservation rebate, three separate DDA accounts for legal, accounting special working fund and the Two Forks cafeteria and one zero balance direct credit/automatic payment plan account. Included on page 2 is a diagram of our current cash management structure with the required services highlighted in yellow. Following is a brief description of each account.
