MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 31, 2011 @ 10:00 A.M. Denver Water is soliciting bids for gate maintenance and repairs at all Denver Water properties. The successful Proposer shall provide the following services to Denver Water: 1. Best Practices recommendations for periodic inspection and maintenance on all gates and gate openers. 2. Maintenance and repairs as needed to keep all gates and gate openers operable at all times. 3. New gate and/or fence installations when necessary.
