0000390148 - East Midtown Centennial Small Area Plan

The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), in partnership with the City of Centennial, is seeking a consulting firm to develop a Small Area Plan for the East Midtown area of Centennial. The East Midtown Centennial Small Area Plan will provide a comprehensive framework for managing future development and guiding the area toward becoming a vibrant, multimodal, and mixed-use district that sets the stage for the next 50 years of development. This plan will address existing issues while considering the area’s potential for housing, mixed-use development, and transit-oriented growth. The effort will build upon the ongoing momentum from West Midtown while ensuring a cohesive, well-integrated development approach that aligns with long-term city goals.
