Description

Denver Health and Hospital Authority, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA, intends to contract with a provider to create an agentic AI in a contact center environment. The purpose of this RFI is to identify a capable partner who would like to be included in the formal RFP. Note this is only the RFI, do not submit bids through this system as they will not be reviewed.
