Due to the complexity of this project and sensitive nature of the facility being an active hospital, Delta County and Delta Health are requiring any vendor seeking to bid on this project to participate in a pre-bid site walk.
The Site walk will take place on January 22, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. MST. To prepare the hospital and bid packets, we kindly ask all vendors wishing to participate in the bid process to RSVP in advance by completing this RSVP Form (https://forms.gle/XvXgUSQthbm8xkLk9) .
Firms participating in the pre-bid event must arrive at the Delta Health Hospital located at 1501 E 3rd Street in Delta, Colorado. The event will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. and will last for several hours to accomodate all questions and to tour the hospital and oncology buildings to allow vendors to inspect all applicable areas relevant to the bid. Upon arrival, vendors must check in at the concierge desk and be directed to Classroom A in the main hospital building.
Upon arrival at the hospital, packets with flooplans will be provided to vendors and electronic floorplans can be provided after the site visit. Due to security concerns they will not be posted to BidNet. The site visit will be for all prospective vendors at the same time. Questions will be gathered during the visit and written responses will be published as an addendum here to BidNet after the walkthrough.
