Description

The Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP) is seeking multiple vendors to provide integration programming under the Thrive Program for individuals and families eligible for services from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). For the purposes of this RFA, we refer to these individuals as “refugees”.
The objectives of the Thrive Program are:

To connect refugees to the full range of community resources available to meet diverse integration needs;
To promote economic empowerment and long-term financial stability;
To help refugees build social networks within and across communities, reduce social isolation, and maintain a sense of security and belonging;
To facilitate learning and independence with refugees and create opportunities for leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement; and
To support health, wellness, and resilience-building using culturally appropriate approaches.
