RFA KONA 2025000256 - Thrive - ELA Program Grant

The Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP) is seeking multiple vendors to provide integration programming under the Thrive English Language Acquisition (ELA) Program for individuals and families eligible for services from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). For the purposes of this RFA, we refer to these individuals as “refugees.”
The aims of the CRSP Thrive ELA Program is:

1. To connect refugees to the full range of community resources available to meet diverse integration needs;
2. To promote economic empowerment and long-term financial stability;
3. To help refugees build social networks within and across communities, reduce social isolation, and strengthen a sense of security and belonging;
4. To facilitate learning and independence alongside refugees and create opportunities for leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement;
5. To support health, wellness, and resilience using culturally appropriate approaches, and
6. To promote the healthy cognitive, social, and emotional development and integration of refugee children and youth through multigenerational services.
