The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s (CDLE) Division of Unemployment Insurance seeks a vendor to provide maintenance and operations support for our benefits and premiums system, MyUI+ and MyUI Employer+. 

CDLE, in close partnership with the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Deloitte Consulting, recently completed technology modernization projects for the claimant and employer Unemployment Insurance systems. The new system, built with customizations to Deloitte’s uFACTSTM product, is known as MyUI+ (benefits/claimants) and MyUI Employer+ (premiums/employers)
Since implementation, Maintenance and Operations is provided by an incumbent vendor.  The internal state technical team provides infrastructure services.  

This Request for Proposals is focused on providing system Maintenance and Operations services for MyUI+ and MyUI Employer+, including the integrated Document Management System (DMS), which is currently being performed by the incumbent vendor.  The internal state technical team responsibilities will remain unchanged.

CDLE seeks a Respondent to provide comprehensive system support that includes remedying identified defects, issue, flaw or vulnerability identified by the State, a user or Respondent, implementing enhancements, and maintaining the data, integrations, performance, security, accessibility, and all ongoing system operations.
